INITIATION
First steps in water for complete beginners. Learning floating, aquatic breathing and basic movements. Course adapted to overcome water apprehension.
Ideal for: Children and adults who have never swum • Recommended duration: 8-12 sessions • Progression: From water adaptation to first movements
LEARNING
Development of fundamental swimming techniques. Learning freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke. Improving coordination and endurance.
Ideal for: Beginner-intermediate swimmers • Recommended duration: 10-15 sessions • Progression: Basic techniques to autonomous swimming
AQUAPHOBIA
Specialized program to overcome fear of water. Progressive and caring approach. Relaxation techniques and confidence building.
Ideal for: People with fear of water • Recommended duration: 6-10 sessions • Progression: From apprehension to aquatic confidence
IMPROVEMENT
Technical improvement of all 4 strokes. Working on efficiency, speed and endurance. Competition preparation if desired.
Ideal for: Experienced swimmers • Recommended duration: 8-12 sessions • Progression: Advanced technique and performance
